Case #:

I need some help. I have tried some stuff for my penis to enlarge and restore the blood flow but it was really nasty tasting that I didn't want to take it. It caused more problems and made me really nauseous. Is there anything natural I can take to help my problem?

When I was younger I used to take trips to the local river with friends; we’d arrive, set up some chairs and beverage coolers and cast our lines out into the green and brown swirling rapids that (at that time) were teeming with fish. You could literally see steelhead, river salmon, and stripers swimming just underneath the surface of the water, and occasionally leaping out and plunging back in. The river had its own ecosystem, including moss, algae, various insects, snakes, and I even once witnessed a bird of prey swoop down and grab a fish, hoisting it out of the water and carrying it off to devour.
A couple of years later, I returned to the same river and it wasn’t the same size as it had been; the waterline had receded and the green and brown algae that used to be underwater was exposed. My friends and I later found out that the river had been partially redirected for irrigation purposes. There weren’t nearly as much fish as there had been previously and we pretty much spent our time swimming and marveling at the natural beauty of the area. Those were some great days.
Similarly, blood circulation can be seen as a river carrying crucial nutrients along in currents to various parts of your body. When you become aroused, neurotransmitters fire off from your brain down tiny neural pathways to your reproductive system, signaling it that it’s time to get ready for some fun. Glands release androgen hormones into your bloodstream that then engorge your penis with blood within its interconnected blood chambers (corpus cavernosum) and prime it for show time, and voila: you produce an erection.
When your blood circulation is poor it can negatively impact both your erection quality and penis size, and that is when people naturally begin to seek solutions. Well, we have one here...
From a Trickle to a Flood
There are some powerful all-natural herbal supplements that can promote blood circulation and boost blood flow necessary for penile growth and erection quality. (TRY: Penile Blood Flow Enhancement) Botanicals such as Catuaca, Maca, and Avena Sativa can help to increase the amount of elasticity within your penile blood chambers and expand their size, effectively enabling your penis to grow in size.
Unlike pharmaceutical medications these herbal remedies are harmless, so the only side-effects that you’ll notice are fuller erections and an increase in in penis size. So what are you waiting for? The time to act is now!

Even though I'm much older these days, I still feel like I'm no older than sixteen. But recently, I've begun to experience a serious decline of sexual stamina. My wife seems to be frisky all the time, all of a sudden and I just can't keep up. Some times, I can't even get it up.

I know she's starting to think that it's her fault. The other day, she asked me if I still find her attractive even though we are older now. It was embarrassing to tell her what was really going on, but I just couldn't let her go on thinking I wasn't attracted to her.

I told her that I was having problems getting, and staying hard. I made sure that she understood that it wasn't her fault, and that I am trying to figure out how to fix it. Of course, she was very understanding, but now comes the hard part. I have to find a way to get it up!
