I used to over masturbate, unable to control masturbation. This strange habit occupied for more than 10 years. Unable to quit I feel always have to masturbate. Hi there-

What really helps me to stay organized is having a small, folder-like scheduler (around $10 bucks here in the U.S.), that I plan out my activities for entire month with. I also have a large board that hangs on the wall which I use as well, but if you don't have the money for that right now, the smaller deal should suffice.

You can go to the park or somewhere nice and do basic calisthenics for a total body workout. I found this video online that might help: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UyZTS9X9c5k, and you can look-up additional ones once you get the basics down. Just remember to always keep proper form while doing these, and if something starts to hurt, stop! If you are concerned about joint issues, you can do cardio workouts on stationary bikes or elliptical machines, which are low-impact in that your feet never leave the surface. I like your idea of health drinks, I also drink them for additional vitamins using yogurt, fruits, and sometime veggies.

You're not alone; many people are out of work because of the weak economy, but having a scheduler can also help you find work. You can schedule appointments and keep track of who you contacted, etc. Go for it!

Sure, I'm always happy to help. Having owned my own fitness business I can go on and on about the benefits of a health and fitness lifestyle. However, it is always up to the individual to want to change. One thing that might aid you in ending your procrastination is getting a scheduler. You can then use it to plan when your workouts/runs will take place. And don't overdo it starting out with regards to strength training; a total body workout twice a week is fine, with a gradual increase of resistance/weight each week. As far as cardiovascular exercise is concerned, you can run or hit up some cardio machines 5 days a week, starting with 10 mins of moderate cardio and adding a couple of minutes each week thereafter until you reach 25 minutes. That will increase not only increase your blood circulation, but can really clear out your arteries and help to prevent heart disease, which is the #1 killer here in the United States. 

You can do it!

Ian Kane: Thanks again for your advice on exercises. You say "getting a scheduler" but do I form my own on paper or the computer or do they have one somewhere that I can download? I know with my TotalGym they have these workout plans that I can make copies of and fill in what exercise I do,how many sets,reps,etc. I don't like to run, maybe jogging a little,but not even that,and they say it's bad on the joints.?

I'm into to and all for proper nutrition,supplements,and especially herbs for different ailments. I'm single and I hate to cook,so I eat these dang frozen entrees,which I think aren't the best, nutrition wise. But I do juicing now and then and I also make these healthfood smoothies called "Nutriblast". They can really help with ailments,nutrition and the like. I try to do one daily that's called a Mens' wellness drink using:brocolli, red beet, grapes,blueberries,pumpkin seeds,and olive oil. And sometimes I add a couple of figs in the mixture. I can add honey but the grapes and figs make it sweet enough. I also add unsweetened chocalate like for baking for more flavor. This drink is said to be beneficial for male hormones.
( I kind of wish I could be joined up with a gym again,just to use their cardio machines. I used to use them a few years ago when I was joined up with a gym.)

Different solutions react differently with individual body chemistries. Some will help you faster than others, however, if you are still over masturbating it can be like being stuck in quick-sand with not as much progress. Your body has to be taken out of its sexual exhaustion state by resting it. Abstain from masturbating for a while; it may seem hard but you can take up something else until your symptoms go away.

I've found that starting a new work-out plan or running can help to burn off excess energy and lower stress, and meditation is a very effective way to help calm your mind and become more lucid in your thought patterns/inner-discipline as well. Hope that helps!

Besides trying to abstain from masturbating awhile, I can work out at least a little as I have a workout machine (TotalGym) and a small trampoline and a exercise ball,and besides, I can take long walks. I've been wanting to do those things for awhile but put it off,and I shouldn't cause of the nice weather we are having in this part of the country right now. I'm between jobs(unemployed)right now,which isn't good. It's not only cause of no income coming in,but so much time on my hands to where I get bored and monotony sets in for me and then I want to think of masturbating.

If this problem is concerning taking "Mind Sante II" to help solve this problem? I don't know what else to say about it,but I tried it out(bought 2 bottles)and used them all up. They may have helped but not sure. I still masturbated sort of frequently between times while taking those pills. I guess I just havn't got the "will power" to stop. Now I'm taking "Kanabo energy" and "Rapid Reload". Not sure to go back to "Mind Sante II"?
