Work It Out And Tighten Up: How Kegel balls can affect your love life in the best possible way
No woman wants to hear she's too “loose,” especially after sex. Unfortunately, certain “woman's situations” can damage the vaginal walls, including vibrators, birth control, medications, PMS and childbirth. Out of that long laundry list of causes, we only control some of these problems, such as vibrators and birth control.

We can easily give up the good ol’ vibrators, even if quitting meant the vaginal walls would shrink to their original, fresh-out-of-the-box sizes. But other actions, such as withholding ourselves from taking birth control or medications, can become tricky.

I'm sure woman would rather avoid going through PMS, but it’s an issue we must bare, while childbirth, no matter how hard we try, will force the baby to follow his biological escape plan—the vagina—that leads to severe vaginal stretching. So how are women expected to maintain proper vaginal care? One word: Kegel.

Vaginal Exercise
When Kegel exercises were introduced to the female race, we all rejoiced--with a clench. These series of mild clenches strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, giving you a tight feeling to your vaginal muscles. To test out the exercises, women should sit down for a potty break and try to control their urine stream. If you are able to start and stop the flow of urine, you can Kegel like a champ! Doing this stop-start exercise twice each day (without the need urinate), for 10 clenches each time, will increase vaginal elasticity and tightening the pelvic floor. Once you understand the exercise, you can build your endurance by increasing your reps to 30 clenches each time.

Kegel Balls
For women who have given birth and have sought to strengthen their vaginal walls, should introduce Kegel Balls into their start-stop routines. (TRY: Vagina Firming Kegel Balls) Made from smooth plastic or metal balls, Kegel balls insert into a woman’s vagina and tighten the muscles for the ideal vaginal workout. Do keep in mind that a smaller set of balls will require a greater amount of strength to perform, and a weighted set of balls will send you back to the days when you were a virgin, if practiced twice a day!
