Improve Breast Size: The All Natural Way

Men are always looking to increase the size of their penis. Women do something similar in terms of their breast. For a woman, a larger bust makes her feel more attractive. Clothes fit her better. She can attract more potential mates. She can even feel younger with better looking breasts.

Cosmetic surgery has made it easier to obtain larger breasts. Granted, surgery does come with known dangers and high costs, but some are willing to make the sacrifice to feel beautiful. For those less than daring to run the risks, all-natural solutions can help a woman feel beautiful without expensive surgery.

Breast Massages
Breast Massage For Fuller Breasts is a simple, natural method that can be performed to achieve fuller and healthier breasts. It only requires 20 minutes per day and improves circulation and elasticity of breast tissues. Here’s how:
  1. Rub your hands together to generate heat or put your hands in warm water for three minutes.
  2. Rub one of your breasts inwards using a clockwise direction. Slowly rub around the breast in three-second clockwise motions.
  3. Re-warm your hands after every 20 rubs. Switch direction to counter-clockwise after 100 rubs.
  4. Repeat the steps with your other breast.
Breast Exercises For Bigger Bust
Since the breasts are composed primarily of glandular tissue and fat, no amount of exercise will change their actual size or shape. However, you can improve your posture and give the illusion of lifted, perky breasts by developing the pectorals muscles underneath them.

Chest Press:
Lying on the floor (or on a bench), hold dumbbells of a comfortable weight end to end just above the radius of the chest. Be sure that your elbows are pointing out. Press the dumbbells straight up, extending your arms and holding them there for 15 seconds. Repeat ten times per day.

Cobra Stretch:
Lie facedown with your feet together, toes pointed in, and hands on the floor. Make sure your palms are down just in front of your shoulders. Pressing your hands into the floor, gently extend your arms, lifting your upper body as far as comfortably possible. If you feel any strain in your back, alter the pose so that you keep your elbows bent and your forearms on the floor.

Praise Pose Stretch:
Kneel with toes pointed behind you. Sit back onto your heels, and lower your chest to your thighs. Stretch your arms overhead, and rest your palms and head on the floor (or as close as comfortable).

Chest Lift:
Lie face down with your hands under your chin. Lift your head, chest, and arms about five to six inches off the floor. Hold the position for ten seconds. Repeat five to ten times per day.

Downward Dog:
Position yourself on your hands and knees, with feet flexed. Press your hands and feet into the floor, raising your hips toward the ceiling. Your body should look like an upside-down "V". Keep lifting your tailbone toward the ceiling as you lower your heels to the floor as far as comfortably possible.

All-Natural Solutions
Most enlargement herbs influence the glandular tissue in the breast. The amount of fatty tissue in the breasts will vary and is primarily dependent upon the fluctuations in the weight of the woman's body. Women report that they can lose weight, but their breasts do not shrink when they take breast enlargement herbs. This process is supported by taking the depleted fat tissue from diet or exercise and replacing it with glandular tissue – which is much more healthy.

Natural molecules from Pueraria Mirifica, Blessed Thistle, Fenugreek seed, Fennel seed, and Dong Quai work together to efficiently modulate and balance the presence of estrogen, progesterone, prolactin, prostaglandins, and growth factors to target the breast tissues for maximum growth and firmness.

According to primary research data that has been collected from a study of a group of 30 random selected female participants in China, the majority of the women had experienced improved growth and fullness of the breasts after the first month of taking this formula. A tremendous amount of women have experienced this type of breast growth after three months of consistently taking the product. This claim is based on ongoing research that has not yet been published.
