Blurred & Poor Vision Caused By Sexual Exhaustion

Associated with eye diseases, aging, eye injury, diabetes, and exhausted health conditions, blurred vision is a common side effect caused by sexual exhaustion. Most ophthalmologists are able to diagnose and treat blurred vision effectively, especially if the causes are due to glaucoma, cataracts, presbyopia, diabetes, macular degeneration, or retinal detachment, but ignored eye problems caused by exhausted body.

Sexually and mentally exhausted people often experience multiple symptoms such as blurred vision, buzzing ears, and lower back discomfort after a few hours of intercourse or masturbation. Young adults that sufferred severe blurred eye problems often have developed abusive masturbation habits before reaching 18 years of age.

Correlation with Other Dysfunctions

A direct correlation between sexual exhaustion caused by over masturbation or excessive ejaculation with eye problems is not easily identifiable because of multiple factors with complicated molecular and pathological mechanisms. It was well documented in Chinese Medicine Textbooks (for example, Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine, 2800 B.C.) that sexual exhaustion can weaken Kidney Meridian, the bio-energy pathway that connects many visual and sensory nerve endings with the endocrine system.

Fortunately, current advancements in molecular biology, protein biochemistry, and genetic microarrary technology have further shed light on the impact and consequences of hormonal changes, oxidative stress, and inflammatory disorders from sexual exhaustion on visual processing and photoreceptors.

How It Happened

When a man engages in excessive sexual activity or masturbation, he can develop a disorder of the retina, the inner layer of the eye where the rod and cone light receptors are located. The retina contains inter-neurons that process optical signals before passing them back to the brain. An eye floater problem is generally due to oxidative stress, inflammatory disorder from the deficiency of cGMP, nitric oxide, or acetylcholine in the rod visual sensory nerves.

Coincidentally, these same deficiencies occur in cases of nervous erectile disorder.  For that reason, this type of retina problem can be brought on by over-masturbation or over-ejaculation.  Other causes are liver function disorders, a poor diet that lacks nitric oxide and acetylcholine precursors, drug abuse, or excessive dopamine-norepinephrine-adrenalin conversion.

If a man ejaculates daily or even multiple times a day, he could be over-stimulating his nervous system and causing the deficiencies that lead to eye floater problems.  Over-stimulating of the nervous system can lead to sexual dysfunctions, such as impotence, weak erections, and premature ejaculation, all of which can stem from sexual exhaustion.

Oxidative Stress Culprit

Environmental and chemical exposure, hormonal changes, drugs, radiation, and physiological exhaustion can induce oxidative stress in various degrees. Research has further shown that oxidative stress hits hard on the sympathetic nerves and smooth muscles of the iris. Oxidative stress of ocular tissues (eye tissues) is the major culprit behind many eye problems, from blurred vision to eye cancer, such as glaucoma, cataracts, uveitis, retrolental fibroplasias, and retinopathy. [1]

Inflammatory Disorder Culprit

People suffering from long periods of sexual exhaustion might physiologically alter their metabolism and immune system responses. Depletion of many critical neurotransmitters and hormonal imbalance can result in eye inflammation disorders. Inflammatory disorder of retina or choroid can affect visual processing. [2]

In fact, in a study conducted in Western Europe, approximately half of individuals with inflammation involving the posterior segment of the eye had visual impairment. [3] The inflammatory response was often triggered by infection, systemic and metabolic disorders, such as exhaustion. [4] [5] [6]

Vascular Endothelial Cell Diversity

Endothelium is a thin layer of cells that line the interior surface of blood vessels that are spread throughout the organ. Genetic profiling confirms that the endothelium of each organ has different gene expressions, meaning that the vascular endothelial cells in the endothelium would respond the same to various sets of conditions such as stress, hormonal changes, and exhaustion. [7]

Therefore it is highly likely that people suffering from sexual exhaustion would also experience multiple symptoms besides eye floaters and related eye problems. Currently, researchers are trying to ascertain the exact mechanism of human ocular microvasculature, both genetically and pathologically.

Natural Solutions

If you suffer from eye floater problems that result from excessive sexual or masturbatory activity, you need to stop masturbating for a few weeks.  Let your body rest and replenish.  Then you can come back to masturbating with a lower frequency.  A healthy habit is to masturbate and have sex a total of three to four times a week, ejaculating once per encounter.

In addition, add dietary supplements to bring back the nutrients you lose during sex.  Lutein and Zeaxanthin from Marigold Flowers provide good anti-oxidant features to protect against oxidation stress. Black Currant, Fo Ti, Siberian Ginseng, Ashwagandha, Astragalus membraneous, Polygonum multiflorum, Paeonia Lactiflora, Dioscorea Opposita, and Rehmannia are herbs known to boost immune system responses and help regulate inflammation to alleviate eye fatigue.
