Lately, I have been having a problem that has me really puzzled. Before having sex, I become anxious and constantly feel like I have to urinate even though I really don't have to. I can still get an erection, but it isn't as strong as it should be and I have trouble-achieving orgasm, especially with a condom.
I would really like to solve this problem because it has really bothered my girlfriend lately. Could this be due to ingesting too much caffeine?
Dr Lin’s Response:
Caffeine is a powerful legal street drug. Caffeine is like a double-edge sword. A low dose of caffeine helps turn on the brain's dopamine system to power erection and orgasm but too much caffeine for a long period of time will drive the sympathetic nervous function to overpower the parasympathetic nervous function responsible for erection and lasting longer. It helps the brain convert too much dopamine into epinephrine (adrenalin, the stress hormone for a "fight or flight" action). As a result, you have too much stress hormone in your brain, neck and shoulder area. You may get headaches and neck/shoulder pains. Of course, you will have a high level of adrenalin in your bloodstream and neurons to block the acetylcholine action that is essential for the nervous communication. You can expect there to be a nervous communication problem from your brain/spinal cord S2-S3 to your the penis.
Power E and Ginseng Power Max 4x can help you out. Power E and Ginseng Power Max 4x can power your parasympathetic nervous communication so that you get a very calm mind and have a better erection during sex. The parasympathetic nerves from the sacral nerves S1-S4 control the urinary flow.
