Question:

I suffer from irritable bowel syndrome, retroperitoneal fibrosis, blood in the urine, and severe bladder, kidney and urethral pain. I am on two heavy-duty pain killers, Oxycontin and Neurontin. I have been an excessive masturbator from about age 11. The many specialists that I am seeing cannot find a solution or a reason for my problems. How might my daily masturbation be responsible for the inflammatory process that is going on in my body? Are there any supplements that might be helpful for stopping or reversing any damage that my body has experienced? I want to stop the masturbation but I have been unable to do so.

P.S. I also have Diabetes, Hypertension, blurred vision, and I am anemic.

Diabetes, hypertension, blurred vision and all of the other symptoms you are experiencing can result from the hormonal crisis caused by excessive masturbation and over-ejaculation. In short, you are suffering from a general state of inflammation that is manifesting itself as disorders all over your body. You must get control of the inflammatory state or risk destroying your mind and body. I want to discuss generally how over-masturbation can induce all kinds of inflammatory disorders. Then I'll address diabetes in specific since it's one of your more serious conditions.
