His wife's IUD is causing intercourse pain, lack of vaginal lubrication, bodily aches and pains, and other physical and psychological problems.
Question:
My wife (21) and I (25) just had a baby (vaginal delivery) almost 3 months ago and want to wait several years before having another. We are trying to decide if we should remove "Mirena," An IUD birth control method. She usually doesn't have a problem with getting vaginally lubricated and aroused but after the insertion for almost 1 month, she "isn't able to respond sexually." Our sexual activity went from 3-4 times a week to 1-2 times a month. We communicate openly about this and we are both frustrated. Not sure what's going to happen or what our options are.
Her symptoms after the IUD insertion include pain during intercourse. Afterbirth pain decreased, but it took 1.5 months and we resumed fairly normal sexual activity and decided on birth control. Then pain increased after insertion. Not sure if it's the IUD or just normal after birth pain.
Other symptoms include vaginal spotting, joint pain (notably hips and knees), headaches, decreased libido, no thought of sexual pleasure, carelessness about most things and not just intercourse, depression, light headedness, and dizziness.
Possible lifestyle culprits as reason for these symptoms: Lack of exercise, insufficient rest due to newborn schedule, and diet -- not the best and not the worst either (I could expand on that if applicable).
Best solution obviously would be to remove IUD and see if things normalize. We don't want to rush into removing it because it was expensive and we are interested in carefree/spontaneous birth-control. Furthermore, we not ready to fully blame the IUD as her lifestyle is under question. We are also open to keeping the IUD if a combination of improved lifestyle and supplements offered through your program can accomplish two things: relieve symptoms and restore normal or even better sexual appetite.
What would you suggest to restore her personal well-being and also sexual desire/function?
Answer:
The IUD birth control could very well be the source of your wife's problems. I've received countless complaints from women who've suffered from the same symptoms as your wife due to birth control. Hormone-based birth control emulates a pregnancy state by flooding the brain with excessive progesterone and/or estrogen, so that your brain will think you are pregnant and then shut down your ovarian function. This results in excessive progesterone or estrogen in the uterus and cervix. When the liver fails to detoxify the excessive hormones and to fully support the synthesis of the neurotransmitters dopamine, acetylcholine and serotonin, you may suffer from depression, low libido and orgasmic dysfunction.
If there is excessive estrogen in the bloodstream, the vagina becomes too wet and has no feeling. The labia minors and clitoral foreskin will grow if the tissue is exposed to excessive estrogen for a long time. Breast tissue becomes tender and saggy. If there is excessive progesterone in the bloodstream, the vagina becomes too dry, numb, discharges very heavily, or develops a yeast infection. It may also lead to intercourse pains, due to a lack of the anti-inflammatory hormone prostaglandin E-1 and excessive amounts of the inflammatory hormone prostaglandin E-2.
In either condition, the clitoris and G-spot will shrink as a result of a severe deficiency of the androgen hormones androstenedione, free testosterone and DHT. As a result, women taking birth control will often suffer from sexual dysfunction or difficulty achieving an orgasm.
ViaPal-HGH-S will help her detoxify the brain and liver and help her liver convert progestin into progesterone, DHEA, estrogen, testosterone and DHT. There are also a number of effective natural treatments for intercourse pain. A combination of Dong quai, American ginseng, saw palmetto, wild yam, black cohosh, and yohimbe relieves involuntary vaginal reflex and vaginismus and alleviates intercourse pain. Aloe vera is helpful for infections and is known for its healing effects. It can be applied topically to relieve itching or taken internally or used in a douche. Barberry has potent infection-fighting properties. Calendula and vitamin A vaginal suppositories are soothing and healing, while Goldenseal suppositories are useful for all types of infection. Chamomile has antifungal properties. Echinacea has antifungal properties and enhances the immune system. Pau d'arco contains natural antibiotic agents and has a healing effect.
