Question:

Hi. I'm having serious problems with my vision. I use to masturbate a lot before, not so much now. I don't understand what's wrong with my eyes. The only thing I can think of was because of masturbating, because I notice right after I did my eyes would get blurry. It's getting worse even though I quit masturbating a long time ago. Is there any way I can get my regular vision back to the way it was?

Answer:

First of all, if you're having vision problems, you should consult an eye doctor and receive appropriate testing. Vision problems can result from numerous causes, anything from aging to serious conditions like a brain tumor. Given the fact that you started noticing blurriness after masturbating, it's quite possible your vision problems resulted from chronic over-masturbation.

Eye floaters are distortions in one's vision that appear as squiggly lines, unnatural shading, or cloudiness. Eye floaters appear on the surface to be problems related to vision, but for some men, they are actually caused by excessive sexual or masturbatory activity, which in turn can lead to sexual dysfunction.

When you engage in excessive sexual activity or masturbation, you can develop a disorder of the retina, the inner layer of the eye where rod and cone light receptors are located. The retina contains many inter-neurons that process optical signals before passing them back to the brain. An eye floater problem generally is due to the deficiency of cGMP, nitric oxide and/or acetylcholine in the rod visual sensory nerves. Coincidentally, these same deficiencies occur in cases of nervous erectile disorder. For that reason, this type of retina disorder can be brought on by over-masturbation or over-ejaculation. Other causes are liver function disorders, a poor diet that lacks nitric oxide and acetylcholine precursors, drug abuse, or excessive dopamine-norepinephrine-adrenalin conversion.

If a man ejaculates daily or even multiple times a day, he could be over-stimulating his nervous system and causing the deficiencies that lead to eye floater problems. What's more, these problems can lead to sexual dysfunctions, such as impotence, weak erections, and premature ejaculations, all of which can result from sexual exhaustion.

If you suffer from eye floater problems that result from excessive sexual or masturbatory activity, you need to stop masturbating for a few weeks. Let your body rest and replenish. Then you can come back to it with a lower frequency. A healthy habit is to masturbate and have sex a total of three to four times a week, assuming once ejaculation per encounter.

In addition, add dietary supplements to bring back the nutrients you lose during sex. Products that contain American ginseng and maca help to rejuvenate your entire body. Horny goat weed and yohimbe will help increase flood flow and nutrient absorption for a harder erection and better ejaculation control. Damiana and saw palmetto will heal your prostate, which is responsible for producing and releasing semen and which is most likely overworked with your excessive sexual activity or masturbation.
