Case Study #9013 Date: 6/16/2000
I am 18 years of age and in good health. Recently, I have become sexually active. The problem is I find it hard to get and hold an erection. When my partner masturbates my penis, it just will not get hard. It fills with some blood, but is quickly released. What can I do to solve this problem? I used to masturbate frequently when I was younger. Sometimes, 3 times a day. Could this have any thing to do with the problem? When I do this in the shower, however, there is no problem. My penis hardens easily, but there must be constant friction. If ceases even for a second, my penis becomes flaccid once again. Are there exercises you can recommend that will help? I will try anything.
Dr Lin’s Response:
Your problem is a typical result of over masturbation. The bioelectric level in your parasympathetic nervous system is too low to support your erection. Power E can help you out.
You are too young to take other supplements. By the way, reduce your ejaculation frequency to 3 or less times a week. You still have rooms to restore your sexual function. Don't try anything too dangerous.
