Question:

Well, yesterday and today the pains have gone. But not ejaculating for 2 weeks at a time and taking your products and fish and borage is the best for healing the damage done by masturbating that started at the age of 8 years old and over-ejaculation in later years. Right? The improvement that I have gained within the 6 months of healing is that the major pain is completely gone and the minor pain only comes once in a while if I'm dehydrated or sometimes at the end of 2 weeks, and urgency to piss has gone way down. I also have calmed my nerves and am able to resist masturbating (before I used to have to every night). I was wondering about the anal breathing. How do you incorporate it to orgasm without ejaculation?

Answer:

I'm glad to hear that you're recovering from the effects of over-masturbating, which included prostate problems. As for anal breathing, it is specifically designed to help you control your ejaculations and experience intense orgasms and sexual pleasure.

Beginners should start with a simple "butt exercise." When you pee, apply light pressure to your bladder for expelling urine and at the same time lift your heels and ankles up; then squeeze your buttocks against your tailbone and anus to stop your peeing without contracting your prostate/PC muscles. You use the somatic nerves to squeeze the butt muscles to trigger the tailbone's S2-S4 to close the bladder-prostate outlet. You can use the same principle to shut down the prostate ejaculation duct during sex.

You have to train the nervous circuit to automatically respond to sexual stimulation. Basic training is to do the butt exercises outside the restroom (without peeing). Open your legs to the same width as your shoulders in a natural standing position and simply apply light pressure against your bladder without leaking, and then periodically contract your buttocks against your tailbone until your tailbone is warmed up.

After you get used to the butt exercises, you can start to synchronize butt contraction with each inhalation. When you inhale, you lightly pull up (or contract) your anus-tailbone muscle toward your spine (not toward your perineum or prostate), so that you can feel air being sucking into your anus and tailbone and spine. The anal air suction is just a feeling, a trick I call "Anal Breathing."
