While his wife is away, he wants to cure his sexual problems. Returning to his youthful vigor and endurance is easier than he thinks.
Question:
I am 30-years old and have for about the last 2 years had trouble with maintaining an erection. When I get one it's good but during oral sex and sometimes during intercourse it will just go away.
Also, I have not been able to go as long as I used to. I can go for 20 minutes at most and have to ejaculate or will lose my erection. My wife and I really enjoy foreplay and she always gets to cum first and usually many times thereafter, but sometimes she wants to keep going and I can't.
Right now she is deployed with the Army reserves and won't be back for a few months. What would you recommend to do in the meantime? Please help.
I would love for her to come back and be able to have longer love-making sessions...at this point it is I who is not making the grade and I would really like to. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
Answer:
Erection problems and not being able to last as long as you used to are usually a result of two things – a weakened parasympathetic nervous function and insufficient hormones.
The parasympathetic nerves are responsible for several involuntary actions of your body. Among them are erections and the ability to hold back ejaculation urges. A hard erection will further aid ejaculation control by sealing off valves and muscles.
Insufficient hormones can add to your problems or be the sole cause. Neurotransmitters like serotonin and acetylcholine are essential in sending the electrical signals from your brain to your sexual organs.
Testosterone and nitric oxide are used to trigger the chemical reactions used to engorge penis tissue and stimulate sex drive. Not having enough of any one of these chemicals is basically your brain getting a constant busy signal when it’s calling your penis to have an erection.
A weak erection and needing to ejaculate are just symptoms. Which is why that “little blue pill” for impotence doesn’t cure anything. Once you stop taking it, all your problems come right back.
A better solution would be a pill that repairs your parasympathetic nerves and actually increases the body’s own ability to produce needed hormones. Which is why Power E is so effective. You will nourish and recondition your parasympathetic nerves to function when you need it most.
Also, Power E will help your body to produce the needed hormones you may have used up from other activities. Sex is not the only exertion that requires hormones. Almost every other function of your body requires these same chemicals, nutrients, and vitamins.
But if you really want to solve your problem then ask yourself a few questions: Am I eating properly? Am I getting enough exercise? Do I have any health problems that may be causing this? Am I taking any medication that may cause this? Do I masturbate and have sex too often?
Often, it is the habits that you have that slowly create these sexual problems. Age slowly creeps up on us as our fitness slips away. Smoking and drinking are two habits that will greatly reduce your sex life.
Masturbation is the biggest habit you should be aware of, as it both weakens the parasympathetic nerves and depletes your body’s store of hormones. Muscles and tissues involved in sex can also be strained and overused, especially if you masturbate in between having sex. Blood pressure and proper blood flow can also affect your erection and ability to hold back an orgasm.
While your wife is away, my best suggestion to you is to stop all masturbation to allow your body to heal. Get a complete check up with your doctor to make sure there is nothing physically wrong with you. Take as many herbal supplements as allowed before she comes back, in order to repair and replenish your body. Hopefully, your condition is moderate enough to be healed in the few months she is gone.
When she does come back, do not return to your old ways. Watch your diet. Exercise. You can discontinue the use of herbal supplements at this point, if you are healed. Or, you can continue to use them to prevent this from happening again. Decrease the amount of masturbation you previously indulged in. Better yet, cut it out completely.
This will increase your sex drive and heighten your sexual experiences with your wife. If you love her, these are small sacrifices I know you are more than willing to take.
