Teens who experience a soft erection and not being able to last very long are very common problems often associated with excessive masturbation. During this time in your life, your hormones levels and sexual urges are extremely high. Which in turn leads you to a more frequent rate of masturbation.
However, masturbation will deplete the chemicals needed to sustain a hard erection. You’re basically wearing yourself out with masturbation and not leaving enough sexual fuel when you have sex with your girlfriend.
The obvious solution is to reduce or even stop masturbating (especially while you are sexually active with your girlfriend).
