Question:

Hi. I had a question on what is happening to me.

First, I am 30-years old and feel that I am starting to have a problem with premature ejaculation. However, I wanted your opinion on where to look first to conquer this problem.

Recently, I have just started having sex with my new girlfriend. I am really into her and she is the same with me. However, I notice that before we even have sex, I start to get leakage. Then, when we begin to have sex and I enter her vagina, I feel extra sensitive and end up reaching climax and ejaculating way to quickly. Almost just as soon as I enter her.

Is this an ED problem, a pre-ejaculation problem or what? She definitely starts to get frustrated at the situation and I really need help before I destroy my sex life with her.

Answer:

Seminal leakage can be a result of several causes. The most common is a weak parasympathetic nervous system brought about by excessive masturbation. Masturbation can weaken the nerves, muscles, and tissues that are used to restrain semen.

This is also why you are experiencing premature ejaculation. The parasympathetic nerves are also responsible for an erection. Do you experience an occasional soft or weak erection? Do you always require a physical stimulus in order to obtain an erection? Do you lose your erection quickly?

Masturbation also drains the body of testosterone, serotonin, and other essential chemicals needed for energy, endurance, sex drive, and a host of other functions. Your body only has enough fuel to go so far. Your newly added routine of sex –added to your current masturbation habits – have taxed your body beyond its normal capabilities.

The most helpful solution would be to reduce masturbation while you are dating this new girlfriend. If your problem is very severe, you should definitely stop all masturbation.

Repair your body and replace the vitamins and minerals it takes to do so. Diet and exercise can be very helpful, but an herbal supplement would be much easier and more effective.

A good choice to cure both the leakage and quick ejaculation would contain cistanche, damiana, and cornus. The astringent properties of these two herbs will help to strengthen the tissues and muscles used to hold back and contain semen. They will also help repair weak sexual nerves that are used to trigger these muscle responses. Your nervous system could be too weak to send out the proper signals needed to hold everything back.

While you’re searching for an herbal solution, make sure it also contains pygeum, saw palmetto, and pumpkin seeds. These three are aimed at your prostate. The prostate is a very important part of sexual functioning because it produces, stores, and discharges semen.

Any problems with it – such as cancer, prostatitis, or BPH – can greatly interfere with its activity and create a greater urgency to orgasm. The seminal leakage you experience could be squeezed from an enlarged prostate brought upon by an erection (more blood pressure).

Even though you’re a little young for prostate problems to be a major concern, it can still be an issue. Consider getting a prostate exam if you haven’t already done so.

While you’re at it, make sure you don’t have any other physical problems (especially those related to the nervous system). If you allow your body to rest and replenish itself in between sexual encounters, your sex life will soon be back on course.
