PC/Kegel exercises do not delay ejaculation. Find out how it can actually make it worse.
Question:
Are these exercises (PC and Kegel) good or bad for delaying ejaculation? I'm now 47 and have used your ViaGrowth IV with good success - more and much thicker ejaculation.
While practicing the contraction of my PC muscle 100 times, I came very close to experiencing sexual orgasm but can’t hold it off.
Is this natural? Should I continue these Kegels?
Answer:
Your experience of coming close to an orgasm while just exercising the PC muscles is very natural.
This is not a way to delay ejaculation!
Ironically, practicing PC and Kegel exercises will make you orgasm faster.
Yes, faster!
PC/Kegel exercises are usually recommended for women who have difficulty reaching an orgasm by increasing their sensitivity during sex. However, it will also increase a man’s sensitivity as well if you continually practice it.
The occasional use during sex does help block the urethra slightly to partially hold back ejaculation, which is what you may have heard. And exercises will slightly strengthen this ability, but what you are actually doing is adding a lot of pressure to your prostate.
Your PC muscles surround a good portion of your prostate gland. So, contractions of the muscles will squeeze the prostate. The prostate is sometimes referred to as the “Male G-Spot”. Just like a woman’s G-spot, rubbing and pressure to the prostate can induce an orgasm.
This is because they develop from the same embryonic tissues and are directly linked to your pleasure senses. In fact, some people have their sexual partners insert a finger into the anus to gently rub the prostate in order to have an orgasm.
I am by no means advocating this practice or suggesting that you try it, as it can be potentially dangerous.
Also be aware that men past the age of fifty need to be very conscious of their prostate health because the risks for prostate enlargement and cancer begin to rise. However, you should consider getting exams beginning at forty to be on the safe side, especially if you are at a higher risk for prostate cancer (which includes a history of prostate cancer in the family or if you’re African American).
Have you had a prostate exam recently? You should definitely have one done each year from here on out.
Why were you practicing the Kegel to begin with?
Was it to help delay ejaculation? Definitely stop these exercises. PC exercises have very little use for men. They are sometimes recommended for incontinence, but even then it’s a very poor solution. Continue taking the Viagrowth IV to bring back the normal seminal volume you’re looking for.
But to help delay your ejaculation, may I suggest taking Power E. Power E includes Viagrowth IV, but contains more to provide a stronger control over ejaculation. It will also help you to produce a harder erection to tighten the ejaculation valve, instead of using your PC muscles to do it.
The bonus of a stronger libido and more energy for both sex and everyday activities make this a very powerful solution to your problem.
