How Does Blood Pressure Medication Affect Premature Ejaculation?

Problems with high blood pressure, incontinence, and premature ejaculation leave him wondering what’s the cause of it all.

Question:

I am 52-years old and weigh 220 pounds. I am taking the blood pressure medication Coversel 4 mg. I go at night to the bathroom 2 to 3 times.

My sex drive is good and erection is hard. I tried veromax but it gave me difficultly breathing at night, so I stopped taking it. I am taking ginkgo biloba, cayenne, 3-Omega, multi-vitamin. Also garlic and grape seed, each one tablet a day. I have premature ejaculation.

I need your advise with the study of my case.

Answer:

Without your height and other information, it’s a little hard to tell if 220 is a healthy weight for you. But unless you’re over 6-feet tall, you should consider losing weight, especially with your high blood pressure.

Medication you are currently taking may have sexual side effects. Ask your doctor or pharmacist about it to confirm. Did your premature ejaculation begin after taking the blood pressure medication? If so, you might want to ask your doctor to switch you to something else.

If you are unable to switch (or if another medication produces the same results), then you might want to consider an herbal supplement to counteract the negative effects of the medication.

EndurMax & Hawthorn would be perfect for someone in your condition. Not only will it cure your premature ejaculation, but it can also help to reduce your blood pressure.

In fact, carefully monitor your blood pressure while taking EndurMax & Hawthorn and your blood pressure medication. Your blood pressure might actually drop too low, especially with the garlic and grape seeds you are already taking. Make sure you let your doctor know what other medication or supplements you are taking so he can adjust your prescription accordingly.

Your need to go to the bathroom several times a night could be an indication of an enlarged prostate. Men past the age of 50 are extremely prone to prostate problems and should get an exam once a year.

Have you had your prostate examined recently? An enlarged prostate not only causes you to urinate frequently, but it also causes premature ejaculation.

The added pressure of an enlarged prostate creates a greater urgency to orgasm. But premature ejaculation and incontinence is the least of your worries. An enlarged prostate could be cancerous.

I strongly suggest you see your doctor and find out if this is the case. The chances of cancer recovery depend on regular check-ups and early detection.

If your prostate is enlarged, hopefully it’s benign, also known as benign prostatic hyperplasia (BHP). BPH is much easier to treat and non-life threatening.

If this is the case, a combination of EndurMax & Saw Palmetto Complex is a better solution. This will address both your premature ejaculation problem while reducing the size of your prostate. At the same time, it will not interfere with blood pressure medication.
