After Back Surgery, How Can I Get Erections Again?

I am 66 and my penis has gotten smaller or shrunk in size. I had back op in 77… any of your methods or meds be able for me to get an erection and last thru intercourse.

I am 66 and my penis has gotten smaller or shrunk in size. I had a back operation in 77, where I had L-4 and L-5 disc removed. Since then, I have a hard time keeping an erection or even getting one. Will any of your methods or medications be able to get an erection for me and make me last longer? Waiting for your answer.
