Hello. I’ve been taking MoodMax by your recommendation and I’m extremely happy with the results. I’m now trying to incorporate your Sexual Chi-Kong breathing technique, but it’s not quite as easy as taking an Herbal Supplement.
What I am most confused about is the order of each step in the Sexual Chi-Kong technique. What is the exact order? I’m practicing this alone.
Also, sometimes when I contract my butt too hard I feel my prostate constrict. Although it is pleasurable, I haven’t read that this step is pleasuring, so I was confused.
Thank you.
Dr Lin’s Response:
Thank you for writing in. Let me take on each of the questions, one at a time.
In response to your prostate feeling pleasure, which is not uncommon, it comes from putting too much pressure on the bladder and tailbone. If you contract the tailbone too hard, it directly affects the prostate muscle. Although you are experiencing pleasure from this technique, I want to make sure you are doing it correctly. Remember, you expand the prostate muscle by expanding the bladder first. The pressure of the expanding bladder will help the expansion of the prostate muscle. This should be balanced out by the influence of the tailbone contraction.
As far as the order of the technique – let me try to put this as simple as possible:
First, inhale to fill your lungs. Then, lower the pressure down to your bladder and hold it. From here, you should be able to slightly contract your tailbone muscle with an inhaling rate of 0.8-12 seconds (during sex using the 0.8 second rate; while in a relaxing state or during urinating use the 10 second rate).
You should be able to stop urinating by physically forcing your butt against the tailbone (the S1-S5 parasympathetic nerves) without contracting your prostate muscle. If you know how to practice it during urinating, you can practice it during sex!
My advice to you is to try the horse-ride posture and 3-point Love Position first. And then go from there. I hope that helps. Eventually you’ll get to practice this technique with someone else and not alone – then she’ll be in for a real treat.
