Male Menopause: It Could Be You
|
Learning About Male Menopause
What is Male Menopause?
When one hears the term "menopause" it's usually associated with women. It's the period of natural cessation of menstruation occurring usually between the ages of 45 and 50, when women are no longer able to produce a child, naturally. I'm sure most of us have heard the horror stories about hot flashes and mood swings, like a never-ending time of the month. Mainly, it's a time to run for the hills if you have to live with a woman going through it. (Just kidding ladies . . . maybe) Dr. N.K. Lin -- an expert in the field of sexual dysfunctions -- has done research into what is known as a sort of male menopause. Much like a woman, a man's ability to procreate has been lost.
Like our female counterparts, Male Menopause typically occurs in middle-aged men. In fact some of the symptoms are very similar. Unlike women however, Male Menopause can occur to young men as well -- even teenagers. Young men and boys who started masturbating early in life and have continued it excessively into adulthood have induced a "sexual aging" to their body. In effect, they have the sexual abilities and reactions of a much older man (from 35 to 50).
Excessive masturbation can promote premature ejaculation, since it can cause abrasions to the prostate, ejaculation ducts, and nerves. Also, the excessive activities of both masturbation and sex over-drain the prostaglandines (prostate fluid) and brain/spine fluids in semen, resulting in a deficiency of acetylcholine, dopamine, and serotonin syntheses in the brain/nervous systems. These are the most common causes of premature ejaculation for teenagers, young and middle-aged men.
 | The Typical Symptoms of Male Menopause: | | | | | Penile Dysfunctions • a weak erection • premature ejaculation • ejaculation pain • exhaustion after ejaculation | Physical Discomfort • night sweating • hot flashes • low back pain • a weak waist • fatigue | | | | | | Mental Problems • anxiety • stress • sleeplessness • mood swings or emotional instability | | | | What Causes Male Menopause? There are three main reasons why Male Menopause occurs. First, the brain's hormone receptors don't get enough DHEA and androstenedione / testosterone. The needed juice to send the proper signals to your naughty places has been depleted. That new Victoria's Secret commercial may mentally excite you, but your body doesn't quite know it. Sometimes you need physical stimulation to help raise your flag.
During sex, you require a lot of penile stimulation by hand or oral jobs to weakly erect your penis. After a long foreplay, your urethral/prostate becomes irritated upon penetration. For ejaculation control, you shouldn't have hand or oral jobs. You need a spontaneous erection with a simple massage on your groins, pubis or chests, without extensive oral or hand jobs to the little soldier.
Second, with a deficiency of DHEA due to a weakening adrenal function, the brain's nervous function is predominated by the sympathetic "Fight or Flight" function, where "Fight" = "Premature Ejaculation" and "Flight" = "Erection Withdrawal" during lovemaking, that is you will either ejaculate prematurely or lose erection during sex. The physical triggers and sensations of your body have been changed. You may be able to raise your flag, but it's only coming up to half-mast.
| | Technique To Prolong Your Sexual Performance | | | | | | | By practicing Natural Ejaculation Control Technique, the body will increase the bio-energy in male sexual organ. This sexual energy would re circulate around the body and to brain through spinal cord. The whole central nervous system is stimulated and would elevates the action potential in the parasympathetic sexual motor nerves thus tighten the ejaculation value with better strength...(more) | | | | | | | The sympathetic weak erection with extensive foreplay to the penis, where the brain is overheated, the mind is panicked, the heart is pounding, and the penis is cold and powerless, is the main reason for ejaculation upon penetration. Note that for a long-lasting (45-120 minutes) lovemaking session, the brain is very cool, the mind is very peaceful, the heart is very calm and rhythmic, and the penis is extremely hot (her vagina is extremely hot and wet! A dry vagina will cause intercourse pain for both parties, resulting in penile nervous irritation for ejaculation!. Generally, a weak erection forces you to contract your prostate or exercise your PC muscles to assist your erection.
Third, it could be the loss of your organs' abilities to recharge your bio-energy system. The aged liver is unable to help the body produce sufficient neurotransmitters. Acetylcholine, Dopamine and Serotonin are needed to power the brain's/nervous functions to fully support the endocrine (both parasympathetic and sympathetic), cardiovascular (parasympathetic, with the 2nd neurotransmitter nitric oxide -NO, and arterial dilator cGMP), liver (parasympathetic) and adrenal/kidney (parasympathetic) functions. The erectile functions of sex organs (parasympathetic, with the 2nd neurotransmitter nitric oxide -NO, and arterial dilator cGMP) are reliant upon the modulation of the sympathetic nervous functions which are responsible for the serotonin and parasympathetic nervous functions, and for preserving the dopamine/norepinephrine for the thyroid functions.
The Doctor Is In Dr. Lin recommends solutions to overcome the problems of Male Menopause. Once you exercise your PC muscles, you turn on the prostate's sympathetic ejaculation nerves for "Fight" execution. You must have a spontaneous hard erection with relaxing prostate nerves. Relaxation of the PC muscles and prostate nerves will prolong sexual sessions.
Taking LastLonger III daily can help you to achieve this goal. LastLonger III helps to rebuild the nerves responsible for not only triggering erections but also to keep you from blowing your wad before you're ready.
The next step is to learn how to thrust or how to switch the nervous function in your noodle and pelvic cavity from the sympathetic to parasympathetic mode during sex. Basically, you have to practice having usual sex to "train" your penis to get used to the feel of her vagina and to calm your mind and nervous system in the first few minutes after penetrating.
Using the natural erection usually experienced upon waking can help. Also, use her vagina to gently massage your penis. Dr. Lin recommends not ejaculating during these practice sessions. At the same time, you should learn and practice Natural Ejaculation Control Technique for ejaculation control during morning play and normal lovemaking.
