Dr. Lin,
I am 22 years old and I smoked for about six years. I have not smoked for 27 days. I take yohimbine, pyruvate, and adreninine as fat burners for my workouts, which is everyday. My fianc้' and I used to have pretty good sex (back in my teenage years), but now I ejaculate really quickly. We are trying a thing where I have sex with her, but as soon as I have to come I stop for the night. I read that because I smoked at a young age that I could have permanently damaged my penis. If this is true, is there anything that I can do to reverse the problem?
Dr Lin’s Response:
Smoking causes weak erections, impotence, and slows down sperm and testosterone production. The tobacco chemical deposits in the arteries and blocks blood circulation to the penis.
But, you are too young to have the tobacco-induced sexual problem. Your PE problem is caused by:
1. Over masturbating so that high levels of testosterone and dihydrotestosterone (DHT) receptors developed in your prostate. The hormone receptors have trapped too much testosterone and DHT that overheated and inflated your prostate.
2. Your supplements produce too much testosterone for that is overheating your prostate resulting in hyper activation of your prostate's ejaculation control nerve (sympathetic nerves).
You should stop taking your current supplements. You need LastLonger III to reduce the binding of testosterone and DHT to the prostate's hormone receptors. Also, you should reduce your intake of red meat and dairy products. You must eat a lot of fresh vegetables, fruits, seeds, nuts and soy products to help cool/shrink your prostate and reduce the binding of testosterone and DHT in the prostate tissue.
