I need an answer to my problem; it has been worrying me for a while now. I have thick white discharge every so often, more then regular. Mainly when I have any kind of sexual activities. Is this an infection? Why does it occur so much if so? It is a thick and very white discharge.

I need an answer to my problem; it has been worrying me for a while now. I have thick white discharge every so often, more then regular. Mainly when I have any kind of sexual activities. Is this an infection? Why does it occur so much if so? It is a thick and very white discharge. It also happens a lot a week before my cycle starts. Please e-mail me back with some kind of comfort or help. Also, when I wear my bras, I get rashes under my breast all of the time every season. Could it mean my skin is sensitive to the bras? When I put baby power on the rash, it goes away for a couple of hours but then back again. Please help.

Dr Lin’s Response:

The thick white discharge normally occurs in the Luteal Phase of your menstrual cycle. This is due to the rise of your progesterone level and the ebb of your testosterone level.
When you have excessive sexual activities, you will burn too much neurochemicals, resulting in weakening the acetylcholine/parasympathetic and dopamine nervous functions, which control your endocrine functions (ovarian functions) and affect your immunity. This will change your ovarian functions and reduce your testosterone level, resulting in frequent white discharge. Insufficient sleep and stress will cause the problems too.

You can reduce the white discharge by taking MoodMax if you don't want decrease your sexual activities. It will also boost your immune. To combat your under-breast rush, you should use Hydrocortisone Plus moisturizers and aloe. If your discharge becomes unusual, you should go to see an OB/GY for a pap test for STD.
