Hello Dr. Lin,

I am a 37-year-old male with an erect penis size of about 5" in length and 4" in girth. I subjectively find the length not enough but the girth is ok. I have tried to increase it using a vacuum pump, but had to quit after getting a thrombosis (blood clot) of one of the penis' superficial veins. Now I use an extension system with an elastic band with minor improvements.
