I got prostatitis 6 months ago and I took some MoodMax that improved my condition. Now the size of the prostate is back to normal. However I still have some nerves damaged in the urethra. I went to a homoeopathist and he told me that there is a nerve with a lot of activity. How long do you think it will take to repair the damaged nerve taking your supplements?
My other problem is that my girlfriend is out of the country so I haven't had sex but just by talking in the phone with her I produce some precum and when I masturbate I can control the ejaculation a little bit is getting better. My girlfriend is coming in 2 months and I don't want to disappoint her. My question is if the precum is caused by the nerve damage or is a different problem and do I keep taking MoodMax or something different.
Thanks a lot.
Dr Lin’s Response:
Glad to hear your prostate is healed and restored by MoodMax. It seems your urethra nerves were damaged by a direct masturbation abrasion resulting the over-stimulation of the urethral nerves. This problem is similar to the g-spot abrasion for women.
The irritation of the urethral nerves, as well as PC muscular exercises or visual/auditory stimulation, will stimulate the bulbourethral glands (or known as Cowper's glands) to produce excessive precum in an attempt to cleanse the urethra.
Precum contains both Prostaglandin E-1 and E-2 (PGE-1 and PGE-2, respectively). PGE-1 facilitates erection and PGE-2 causes seminal emission (premature ejaculation!) by stimulating the prostate ejaculation duct.
To help you solve both urethral nervous damage and excessive precum, you need LoveLonger III. If you have a lot of precum discharged when you hear her voice, you should add 5-HTP to let your serotonin nervous system to modulate your sexual excitement. You have to reduce or stop your masturbation to let the irritated nerves heal. When you masturbate, don't make it too rough for your urethra.
