Well, I used weights for a while, on and off for a couple of months. Like you said, it begins to look bigger in the flaccid state but not when it gets hard. My problem is towards the last couple days I used it, I noticed the head of my penis became numb. You have broken down your penile spongy tissues and structures and developed scar tissues that elongate your flaccid penis.
