Kegel Exercises Produce Pre-Come

How the squeezing of the PC muscles and pre come contribute to premature ejaculation. What you can do to fix this…

Case Study #2151
Date: 12/10/2001

I produce a lot of pre-cum when being stimulated. I tend to use one muscle a lot; it’s the muscle that I would use to stop the urine flow if I was urinating. I tense it up and relax it all the time during stimulation since this gives me an elevated feeling. If I don’t do that, I’m able to hold back just a little longer.

Is this habit a probable cause to producing a lot of pre-cum or could this habit be in any way related to my early ejaculation or my erection problems?

What is this muscle and how can I use it for better sexual performance and pleasure?

I also have trouble pleasuring my partner. She doesn’t seem to respond well to what I do to her. Is it my fault or do you think something could be wrong with her as well?

I do everything I can and constantly stimulate her G-spot. What more can I do?

Dr Lin’s Response:

To answer your questions, pre come (pre-cum) and the squeezing of the PC muscles of which you refer to does indeed contribute to premature ejaculation.

The squeezing of the PC muscles stimulates your bulbourethral and prostate glands and this simulates orgasmic contractions prematurely.

Kegel exercises often weaken your ejaculatory valve and enlarge your prostate, which allows pre come to leak. In doing so, the urethra is lubricated and the prostaglandin PGE-2 is released which in turn triggers an orgasmic response.

You should avoid working Kegel exercises into your sexual routine and eliminate it from your life.

 HEAL NATURALLY

There are many herbs out there that can help you cope with your problem. Damiana has been known to reduce or even eliminate cases of seminal leakage. This herb promotes blood flow to the penile tissues, which in turn will tighten the valves and arteries surrounding the ejaculatory valve to stop the leaking. Jatoba, an herb that has antifungal properties, also regulates seminal leakage.

In order to take the stress off of your PC muscles and strengthen your erections, you should look into the herbs yohimbe, ginseng, ginko biloba, and epimedium (commonly referred to as Horny Goat Weed). Grape seed extract is also a good herb in this case.

These herbs promote blood circulation.

Upon sexual arousal, your erections will benefit from the added blood flow and become more firm and begin to recover from over using the PC muscles and stressing your prostate gland.

Taking the herb known as cornus can aid you in recovering from the negative effects your prostate gland has experienced. Cornus’ astringent qualities help control seminal discharge and leaking while its antibacterial, white blood cell stimulation oriented capabilities will repair your prostate gland.

 G-SPOT INSENTIVITY

For your question concerning your partner: I am guessing that her G-spot might be unresponsive to stimulation.

Men can become impotent and women can too. We call this being frigid, unresponsive to sexual stimulation.

She can try EvaMax IV to revive her sexual response. Taking this product will allow her to better engorge her urethral spongy tissues to make her more receptive to sexual stimulation. The ingredients in EvaMax IV will flood her vagina, clitoris, and G-spot with blood.
