I have visited your site and by that I come to know that I have lost my sexual power by masturbating for a long period.

Dr. Lin, I have been masturbating since the age of 14 and now I am 26 years old and still continued until I visited your site. I have a strong problem of oozing out pre-cum from my penis. As I approach any girl just to talk or think of sex, it makes my pant wet. The quantity is also too much and continues till I leave that place or thought. This makes me feel embarrassed to talk or touch any girl. I heard that pre-cum is produced in the Prostate gland. Sir, I want to know:

1. Is there any infection in my Prostate gland, as it comes out so easily with slight stimulation?

2. I took the advice of my local doctor. He says that this will go off once I got married. But sir, I am still masturbating (till I read your articles), is it not the same masturbating and have sex with female body?

3. May it lead to premature ejaculation because it starts coming with the slightest rubbing? Sir, I have never done coitus with any one but very soon I am going to get married. Would I be able to satisfy my wife with this disease?

4. Please advise me on what medicines to control it. Please do let me know which one I should use and from where can I get this medicine.

Please sir, I am going to get married very soon but I am afraid to get involved in marriage if the conditions remain the same. It would be very difficult to manage my wife. Please advice me on what medicines to control it.

Dr Lin’s Response:

Pre-cum is mainly produced by bulburethral glands, but partially from the prostate gland; it is not due to prostate infection.

Generally, pre-cum contains hormone prostaglandin E-2 (PGE-2) that can stimulate the urethral and prostate nerves to open the prostate emission valve for semen to "leak" out without the orgasmic contraction. PGE-2 is the same hormone that helps pregnant women increase the cervical opening for parturition during laboring.

Men with a lot of pre-cum will experience premature ejaculation. Reducing the secretion of pre-cum will help solve premature ejaculation. Modulation of the sympathetic nervous functions with Serotonin and GABA neurotransmitters and enhancement of the parasympathetic nervous functions can help ejaculation control. Therefore, LastLonger III is highly recommended for people that experience lot of pre-cum.
