Since using Pr?zac, I've noticed how my penis softens and takes longer to get hard. I haven't noticed any shrinkage though. I've been told that anti-depressants can cause a loss of libido, is this true? Yes! The most common and “visible" side effects of SSRIs antidepressants are libido, erection, and orgasm. Long-term SSRIs users can experience withdrawal symptoms such as more depression/stress/anxiety, electrically sparking shocks in the brain, and suicide tendency.

The SSRIs flood the interneuron synapses with excessive serotonin by blocking serotonin re-uptaking.
