When I masturbate I can go for as long as I want, but when I’m actually having sex I cannot last nearly as long as I wanted to, is there anything I should or should not think about?
Case Study #9634 Date: 8/29/2001
Dr. Lin,
I would like to know how to make my sexual intercourse time longer. It seems that when I have sex, I cannot last as long as I want to. Is that due to anxiety? When I masturbate, I can go for as long as I want, but when I’m actually having sex I cannot last nearly as long as I want to. Is there anything I should or should not *think* about? Is it all psychological? Thank you for your time. Please respond, this is a very big issue for both my partner and me.
Dr Lin’s Response:
It seems your erection is insufficient and your ejaculation volume (semen) is low. When you masturbate, you don't have to worry about your erection, and with a low volume of semen in your seminal vesicles, there are no seminal pressures and insufficient prostaglandins to stimulate your prostate for erection. Once you have to worry about holding up your erection, you will exercise your PC/prostate muscles to assist your erection. Once you do that, you trigger your prostate's nerves for ejaculation.
If your erection is hard and your ejaculation volume (semen) is high, masturbation will make you come very quickly with a power seminal jet shooting out. If your erection is weak, your sympathetic nerves are very active (or your serotonin level is low), and your ejaculation volume (semen) is high, your semen will spurt very quickly. LastLonger III will help you last as long as you want.
During lovemaking, her vagina’s bioelectric power, tightness, and prostaglandins secretion will make your come very quickly if your serotonin level is too low or when your prostate's nerves and tissues are abraded by over-ejaculation.
