I have had a premature ejaculation problem for about 10 years. It never used to be that when I was dating and during the first 2 years of marriage… now after 4 years of marriage we are trying to have a baby and I am having sex with her and I can’t last more than 30 seconds.

I am a 28-year-old male and I have been married for 4 years. I have had a premature ejaculation problem for about 10 years. It never used to be that bad when I was dating and during the first 2 years of marriage. My wife and I would have sex and I would wear a condom and could always make her orgasm and would have great sex. Now, after 4 years of marriage, we are trying to have a baby and I am having sex with her and I can't last more than 30 seconds. I really want to have great sex with her and also get her pregnant. Is it possible to get her pregnant with my problem and how do I fix this ejaculation problem? I also had prostatitis in college. Could this have anything to do with it? I don't know because I had premature ejaculation problems before I was diagnosed with prostatitis. Please help.

It seems that over-ejaculation/over-masturbation has killed your brain's/nervous and testicular functions and abraded your prostate for premature ejaculation and prostatitis.
