I've started having sex about 6 months ago and I was going strong the first 5 months lasting long in bed. Now it seems every time my girlfriend and I make love, I last about 30 seconds. Any suggestions on how I can last longer or why this is happening?

Dr Lin’s Response:

Over-ejaculation has lowered your serotonin concentration in the brain and the sympathetic interneurons of T10-L2 associated orgasm and ejaculation control. You over-discharged your brain's acetylcholine/parasympathetic nervous systems associated with your erection, burned out excessive dopamine and norepinephrine into epinephrine (adrenalin) for the sympathetic nervous function "Fight or Flight" that is "Premature ejaculation or Erection Withdrawal," accumulated excessive DHT (due to the burning of excessive testosterone) in your prostate before it can be removed by the poor pelvic blood circulation, and abraded your prostate's ejaculation duct and control nerves.

Your erection must be getting weaker daily, heading for the impotency state. You should have experienced a lot of stress, anxiety, absentmindedness and attention deficiency.
Currently, you have to rely on PC muscle exercises to stimulate your prostate for erection in order to have sex and penetrate her vagina. Once you do that, you will ejaculate upon your penetration.

The solutions are:

1. Take LastLonger III to heal your brain's nervous systems and abraded prostate.

2. Take a sexual break and let your prostate heal before you start sex again.

3. Adjust your ejaculation frequency to one ejaculation per love session and no more than five ejaculations a week, assuming that your age is around 20, so that you can give your prostate a break. If you feel you are sexually exhausted, avoid sex.

4. You must have a spontaneous erection before you start your intimacy and don't contract your PC (prostate) muscles for erection. Instead, relax your prostate with a little bit of anal breathing when you have a hard erection and penetrate her.

5. Don't pump her immediately but screw her first for 3-5 minutes after penetrating. You must let your penis get used to her vagina and let your mind and sympathetic nervous function calm down.
