Is there anything wrong with masturbating but stopping before you orgasm? Is there anything wrong with completely stopping masturbation or is it best to reduce it (I masturbate about once a day)

Dear Dr. Lin,

I'm a 15 year old male trying to overcome over-masturbation and I just have a few quick questions for you.

1) I frequently urinate during the day. Why? How do I cure it? It drives me nuts!
2) Is there anything wrong with masturbating but stopping before you orgasm?
3) Is there anything wrong with masturbating and orgasm while the penis is limp?
4) Is there anything wrong with completely stopping masturbation or is it best to reduce it?
5) Any advice to help cure over-masturbation symptoms without medication?

Thank you so much for your time. I appreciate everything.

Dr Lin’s Response:

1. The junction and the nerves of the urethra and ejaculation duct in your prostate has been abraded and irritated by over-masturbation or over-ejaculation. You have to reduce the masturbation frequency to about 2 or 3 times a week and eat a lot of seeds, nuts, beans (soy beans), fresh fruits and vegetables to help heal the damaged nerves. You are too young to take our LoveLonger III formula which can heal the problem in about a week for teenagers. These damages generally result in premature ejaculation.

2. Nothing wrong unless your penis is over-stimulated and over-expanded.

3. Yes! You are heading for impotence. Weak erection indicates your parasympathetic nerves don't function properly. The Parasympathetic Nervous System is mainly responsible for normalization of the organ and body functions and for recharging all the internal organs. Without a powerful parasympathetic nervous function, your body won't produce sufficient neurotransmitters and hormones for your brain to function properly.

4. Nothing wrong with reducing the masturbation frequency. However, you cannot stop masturbation once you initiate it, unless you have a regular sex life or you are sexually exhausted. You have to regulate the ejaculation frequency to optimize your brain's/neuro-endocrine functions. You cannot completely stop ejaculation; otherwise your brain's Hormone Negative Feedback Control loop will be locked up, leading to a sluggish testicular function for depression, emotional instability and impotency.

5. Regulating your masturbation frequency can help release the over-masturbation symptoms. Cure them without medication? Possible for teenagers like you, but it highly depends on the degree of the damage in the brain's acetylcholine, dopamine and serotonin nervous systems. To regulate your ejaculation frequency, you have to learn the recycling of sexual energy with the Anal Breathing Method, which allows you to burn testosterone in the tailbone area (not in the prostate area) to recharge the brain and spinal nerves via the tailbone sensory-parasympathetic nervous circuits in S1-S5 and CO. It will take you 6-12 months to master this method.

You have to change your diet too. Reduce the intake of red meat and cheese (down to 30-50%) and increase the intake of seeds, nuts, beans, fresh fruits and vegetables.
