Here is my experience with sexual exhaustion and how I dealt with it:

When I first experienced sex, it was exciting and amazing (as it is for all of us) and I immediately went overboard. When I was younger and less experienced in the matter of sexual intercourse, I would ejaculate about three times each intercourse session. This continued on for nearly six months before I began to experience symptoms of sexual exhaustion. I never knew that it was damaging my body and I figured that sex was a good thing; it made me feel great and I became addicted to the sensations and pleasures of sex. I did not have prior knowledge of the consequences of my actions. My erections became very weak and I started to experience pains and cramps in my right leg and foot. I knew something was wrong so I accessed my herbal knowledge to discover my problems and a solution for it. I began to take herbal combinations, which I eventually combined into LoveLonger IV, for about 2-3 months. Taking the combination of herbs really did wonders for me. It reversed all the negative side effects that I was feeling and I could still have sex too though I made sure to do so with less frequency and to keep my ejaculation down to about twice a week.
