I am a long-term subscriber of your products. My girlfriend, also 21, and I enjoy the benefits of these wonderful products. I do have one concern, however, it seems that during intercourse she has a burning sensation around the insides of the labia and it feels like the skin at the lower part of her vagina is going to tear, making sex difficult. This hasn't been a problem until a few months ago when she switched from birth control alesse to a higher dosage of birth control orth? tri-cycl?n. (we had a normal sex life before the switch) Could this be the result of the switch? What could be the problem or problems of this and what are the possible solutions? Thanks for your time and I look forward to hearing from you.

Dr Lin’s Response:

Yes! Her new birth control pills contain progestins, man-made mimics of progesterone that never existed in Nature, and have no natural place in the female body. Drug companies cannot patent natural substances for profit. They have to alternate the molecular structures of progesterone, testosterone or estrogen for their patenting. Once the unnatural chemicals get into the body, they overload the liver P450 detoxification system, resulting in killing the liver enzyme production for the syntheses of neurotransmitters and hormones in the neuroendocrine systems.

Her neuroendocrine functions produce less acetylcholine, DHEA and testosterone to trigger the synthesis of prostaglandins in the vaginal/labia local tissues. As a result, she may experience vaginal dryness, penetration/intercourse pains, abrading and touching pains in her clitoris, labia and G-spot, and vaginismus. My suggestion is change her birth control pills.

Generally, EvaMax IV can help young women overcome this problem. If the situation is very severe, she should take DeToxiA along with EvaMax IV. DeToxiA can overcome any side effects of birth control pills and rejuvenate the liver and neuroendocrine functions without affecting the birth control purpose of the pills.
