When I was a very young teen, I would read books and dry hump the bed until I had an orgasm. I discovered that if I kept my penis pointed down at my feet that when I came there would be no mess to clean up. I could feel the release inside, go into the bathroom and go to the bathroom and no mess was made. This practice has had devastating effects on me. I started to pee blood and it was painful. Because I was so embarrassed I never said anything to my parents. My erections are not really full like they were. And when I have an orgasm, it just dribbles out instead of shooting out like it used to. I have talked to an urologist and the guy didn't even give me an answer he just looked right through me as if I were stupid. Do you have any information that could help me. Gee! You have damaged your urethra when you bent it down for ejaculation. From the pipe flow mechanics point of view, when you bend a hose, the flow in the bent, constrict section of the hose may become a sonic flow that produces noises. Sonic flows can be used for blasting. So, you used the sonic seminal flow to blast the bent section of your tender urethra, resulting in urethral abrasion. Of course, it produced scar tissues that crooked your penis too!
The same situation happens if you attempt to stop ejaculation by applying a finger pressure onto the center point (the so-called Million Dollars point or CV-1), the first acupuncture point of the Conceptive Vessel between the anus and scrotum. This will cause abrasion of the prostate duct due to the seminal blasting.
Either the urethral or prostate blasting will cause bleeding or irritation. Then, urinating produces urinary blasting or ejaculation repeats the seminal blasting. So, you may expect blood in the urine or ejaculation.
Perhaps we can call this phenomenon as pseudo-prostatitis or non-organic prostatitis. It causes premature ejaculation too.
