Pulling a Muscle Is One Thing, But Pulling The Penis? Fixing The Damage
|
I have damaged my suspensory ligaments by pulling with a lot of force. I was pulling very hard and felt the right one give way. There wasn’t any pain until the next day.
Case Study #9943 Date: 2/16/2002
I have damaged my suspensory ligaments by pulling with a lot of force. I was pulling very hard and felt the right one give way. There wasn't any pain until the next day. I took some time off and the pain subsided but I masturbated every day, which I think stopped it from getting a chance to fully heal. The injury came back with pain when I did some exercise on the rowing machine. It seemed to trap the penis between my legs and tug it. So I have stopped masturbation and anything that might course a tug on the penis until it is fully healed.
Both ligaments (left and right) have a stinging pain at the moment. It is slowly subsiding again but I wanted to know if it will fully heal and how long should it take. It has not affected my erection hardness, frequency or angle but I will not have sex until it is fully healed as it causes too much of a tug on the ligaments, which is painful and detrimental to the healing.
Is there anything I should take or do to help the healing process? Have the ligaments been snapped or just tugged to the point of being damaged? Do ligaments heal themselves back to full strength after time?
Thanks very much for your time and excellent service!
Dr Lin’s Response:
It seems you have a simple damage of the penile suspensory ligaments without damaging your penile spongy tissues. You are very lucky, lucky enough to have "fragile" suspensory ligaments to protect your penis!
Massaging the damaged ligaments can induce prostaglandin E-1 production for healing if you have sufficient neurochemicals and hormones in the tissues. If you use vacuum cupping massage on the damaged areas, you will get a dark red or block spots to disclose blood congestion. A deep damage requires Vacuum-cupping Massage to penetrate into the deeper layer of tissues and PeniSaver to give it the stuff it need to heal faster. If you have experienced sexual exhaustion, you need LoveLonger IV to help you out as well.
