I got married 10 months ago; my husband is 25. I felt pain each time when we tried to have sex. As a result, we always stopped immediately.

My mom said I should ask you. Would you tell me what's wrong with me?
Thanks you very much.

Dr Lin’s Response:

There are several kinds of intercourse pains:

1. Frictional/Abrasion pain: A lack of vaginal lubrication causes frictional pain. Vaginal is too dry.

Causes:

A. This can be caused by a lack of estrogen or a high level of progesterone. Progesterone-based birth control pills or shot will cause vaginal dryness and deficiency of the relaxation hormone prostaglandin E-1 in the local tissues.

B. A lack of foreplay can cause this problem. Before sex, he should give your a body massage to relax you. Don't have sex right after taking a bath or shower.

C. Frequent sex will cause this problem due to abrasion of your vaginal orifice. It requires 3-5 days to heal the abraded tissues before you can have sex again. The major pain occurs in the vaginal opening. You can solve the frictional pain by using our VIP Cream which can serve as a lubricant and vaginal heater.

2. Pressure pain: The entire vaginal tissues cannot produce a sufficient relaxation hormone called Prostaglandin E-1 (PGE-1). Even if your vagina is very wet and the penetration object is small like a finger, you may experience penetration or thrusting pains too. The pain occurs in the entire vagina.

This is caused by a lack of hormones (DHEA and androstenedione) and neurochemicals in the vaginal tissues. You need EvaMax I to correct the problem. VIP Cream contains the hormones, ginger extract and primrose oil that can improve the vaginal blood circulation and heat the vaginal nerves and soften the tissues by increasing the local production of prostaglandin E-1. A high level of estrogen or/and progesterone or a low level of DHEA/androstenedione or acetylcholine/neurochemicals will cause this problem.

3. Deep-penetration pain: Before the vaginal is tenting up and expanding, the tissues in the deep pocket of the vagina/cervix are too rigid to accept stimulation. This problem is associated with the local production of PGE-1 and the degree of your sexual arousal. Deep thrusting will cause a lot of tension pain. He should not thrust you deeply before your clitoris, G-spot and urethral spongy tissues are fully erect. To avoid this pain, both of you should start lovemaking with my screwing technique or Finger Pliers method.

Screw each other for 10-20 minutes before starting a deep thrusting or watch a 5-10 minute porn movie.

4. Cervical striking pain due to the tilted or prolapsed uterus or improper lovemaking positions:

Some young women may have a tilted or prolapsed uterus when the uterine-suspension ligaments are too weak.

If you have pre-menstrual pain in the luteal phase of your menstrual cycle, you may experience serious rotation or drop of your uterus (that is, titled or prolapsed). When the uterus is moving down, a long, hard erecting penis can strike cervix very easily. Cervical striking will causes a lot of pain. When the uterus is rotating off the position (tilted or prolapsed) so that the penis stimulates the Posterior Fronix instead of the Epicenter, you will experience pain against your cervix.

Improper lovemaking positions may direct the penis to strike the Posterior Fronix. This can occur even when the penis is not hard. Use a high-attack angle love position to insure that the penis stimulates your Epicenter or use the woman-on-the-top position.

Our EvaMax products can increase the strength of the uterine-support ligaments and solve the intercourse pains caused by the uterine tilting or prolapse. Generally, women after age 30-35 or having babies may encounter uterine tilting or prolapse. In addition to intercourse pains, the uterine relocation or movement can cause pains or cramps during PMS, sleeping, orgasm or post-orgasm. The phenomena can last several days. Our EvaMax products can help women out; in addition to help them achieve orgasm.

The General Rules are:

Start vaginal penetration after your vagina is wet; then screw each other for 10-20 minutes with wet kissing (soft-drive simulation) before doing a deep, high-power, high-speed thrusting; both of you can start a hard-drive stimulation with a high-speed, deep thrusting when your clitoris, G-spot and urethral/vagina spongy tissues are fully erect, your labia becomes puffy and your vagina and uterus are tenting up.
